For any re-registration
you must have had an interview with your individual monitoring committee, and the report must have been sent to the Doctoral School.
You must update the list of courses followed on ADUM. The doctoral school will check at each re-registration that the number of training hours followed is sufficient to reach the 100 hours required at the end of the 3rd year and will validate as you go along. It is therefore not necessary to contact the doctoral school for validation, if there is a problem you will be contacted.
From the 4th year onwards, you will be asked to provide a progress report on your research work and a funding certificate on ADUM.
From the 5th year onwards, registration becomes derogatory and is subject to the approval of the Vice President. A letter from the doctoral student and a letter from the thesis director must be sent to the doctoral school management. These documents will be submitted to the doctoral school secretariat for examination of the request by the Vice President..

Pour toute réinscription
vous devez avoir eu un entretien avec votre comité de suivi individuel, et le compte-rendu doit avoir été envoyé à l'ED.
Vous devez mettre à jour la liste des formations suivies sur ADUM. L'école doctorale veillera à chaque réinscription à ce que le nombre d'heures de formation suivies soit suffisant afin d'atteindre les 100 heures exigées à l'issue de la 3ème année et validera au fur et à mesure. Il n'est donc pas nécessaire de contacter l'école doctorale pour la validation, s'il y a un problème vous serez contactés.
A partir de la 4ème inscription, un état d'avancement des travaux de recherches ainsi qu'une attestation de financement vous seront demandés sur ADUM.
A partir de la 5ème année, l'inscription devient dérogatoire et est soumise à approbation du VPR.Il faudra transmettre à la direction de l'école doctorale une lettre du doctorant et une lettre du directeur de thèse. Ces pièces seront déposées au secrétariat de l'école doctorale pour instruction de la demande auprès du VPR.
